Funeral Services for Mr. Richard James Jones, of Dublin, will be held at 2 PM on Saturday, April 23, 2016, at the Spring Hill Missionary Baptist Church, 494 Evergreen Road in Dublin. Pastor Winfred McCloud will officiate. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Mr. Jones, who passed on April 16, 2016, was born May 27, 1991, as the son of Mr. Richard and Jennifer Jones. He is a 2012 graduate of Dublin High School. Mr. Jones joined Spring Hill Missionary Baptist Church at a very early age. He was a member of the Kids Wish Network.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Willie Ben Jones, James Edward Hendericks; grandmother, Nancy Hendericks; God uncle, Pastor Larry Harvey, Pastor Curtis Harvey, Grady Thomas; aunt; Virginia Thomas, Casandra Hendericks and Leslie S. Thomas.

Mr. Richard James Jones leave to cherish his memories; his parents, Mr. Richard and Jennifer Jones; devoted brother, Kenny Thomas ( DeJuan Anderson) of Dublin; sister, Kezia (Tyron) Granberry of Savannah; grandmothers, Mary Helen Jones and Rether Mae Wright of Dublin; uncles, Felix E. Thomas, Michael Hendericks (Donna William),Willie B. Jones all of Dublin, Charles Hendericks of Brunswick, Robert (Sharon) Peterson of New Jersey, Aaron Hendericks of Jacksonville, Florida; aunt, Linda (Ted) Pooler, Gracie Pauldo, Janice Henley, Drucilla Patterson all of Dublin, Linda Hendericks of Brunswick, Nanette and Sonja Hendericks, Mitzy Jones, Vanessa Tharpe all of Atlanta; a devoted great aunt, Corine O'Neal; devoted caregiver, Chris Silver, Mr. Carton Joseph and Ms. Zinnie Jordan; nieces, Serenity Thomas; nephews, Syn'Cere Thomas and DeAndre Grandberry and host of devoted cousins, other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends at 816 Elk Street in Dublin.
