Otis Fleming

Funeral services for Mr. Otis Fleming, Sr., of Wrightsville, will be held on Saturday, March 2, 2013, at 1PM at the Buckeye Baptist Church at 2176 New Buckeye Baptist Church in East Dublin. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Reverend David G. Flowers will officiate. Mr. Fleming who passed on February 19, 2013, was born on November 14, 1946. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and a friend to those who knew him. He was preceded in death by his wife, Bernistene Fleming and five brothers, David, John, Joseph, Herman and Arthur D. Fleming. Mr. Fleming is survived by four daughters, Warnell (Larry) Mitchell, Gwendolyn Smith, Dorothy Fleming all of Miami, Florida and a devoted daughter, Cynthia Fleming of Wrightsville; one son, Otis W. (Rebecca) Fleming of Orlando, Florida; one brother, Sammie (Carrie) Fleming of Miami, Florida; one brother, Sammie (Carrie) Fleming of Miami, Florida; two sisters, Dessie Dixon and Derrie Fleming of Miami, Florida; one aunt, Lois Norris; one uncle, L.W. Norris of Wrightsville; three sisters-in-law, Rosie Tucker, Dorothy Horne, Gladys Walker all of Wrightsville; one brother-in-law, Willie C. (Carolyn) Walker of Miami, Florida; one devoted godson, Kelvin Outlaw of Wrightsville, thirteen grandchildren, twenty-two great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
