Grandmother of Brian Augustyniak, Brandon Mrozinski, Shayne Augustyniak, Katie Kincaid, Jonathan Augustyniak, Kyle Kincaid & Rachel Frew. Great Grandmother of Isabela & MacKenzie Augustyniak also survived by many nieces nephews and Cousins.
