Gene Olin Jackson
YORK -- Gene Olin Jackson, 78, passed away Friday, November 14, 2014, at Harbor Chase in Rock Hill.
The funeral will be at 2:00 P.M. on Monday, November 17, 2014 at Adnah United Methodist Church with Rev. David McManus officiating. Burial will be at Adnah U.M.C. Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday, November 16, 2014 from 5-7 PM at Bratton Funeral Home in York.
Gene Olin was a son of the late Brown Jackson and Sadie McDaniel Jackson. He was the widower of Dot Ashley Jackson and a was of member of Adnah United Methodist Church. Gene Olin was owner/operator of Jackson’s Grocery and he served in the South Carolina National Guard.
He is survived by son, Freddie Jackson (Cindy), daughters, Debbie Jarriel (Andrew), Sandy Adams (Ronnie), 8 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
