Funeral services for Mrs. Elouise Thomas will be held on Wednesday, March 28, 2012 at 12 PM at Springhill Baptist Church at 494 Evergreen Road in Dublin. Interment will follow in the Springhill Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Winfred McCloud will officiate. Mrs. Thomas, who passed on March 25, was born October 5 , 1939, to the late Lessie and Clarence Coney, Sr. She attended Strawberry School in Laurens County, Georgia. She was employed with Bassett Furniture for a number of years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roosevelt E. Thomas, Sr., two sons, Andrew L. Perry and Ricky Perry, Sr.. Mrs. Thomas is survived by a daughter, Dorothy Gail (Ronnie) Holliman of Dublin, three grandchildren, Martisha Perry of Brooklyn, NY, Ricky Perry, Jr. of Atlanta, Ronnie Holliman, Jr. of Dublin, one brother, Clarence Coney, Jr. of Dublin, one niece, Linda Pearl Coney of Dublin, two aunts, Lula Bramlette of Detroit, MI, Mary Jane Davis of Buffalo, NY and a special friend, Larry Griffin of Dublin.
